Cohesion Communications was founded as a boutique communications firm with a specialization in internal employee brand communications. As the firm has evolved, Cohesion Communications has found itself working with existing clients to improve communications to external clients and coaching client marketing teams on best practices for customer acquisition through messaging.

Items studied and competitively compared include curb appeal, community amenities, in-unit features, pricing structures, online curb appeal and reputation, and opportunities for added value.
The Cohesion Communications team utilizes secret shops both in the due diligence process and as a stand-alone service. Results are based on phone, email, and in-person shops and serves as a barometer for staff training and development.
The Cohesion Communications team will work with each client regarding budget expectations, whether in the creation of an annual budget that corresponds to an annual marketing plan or for individual campaign management. We have experiences in creating and managing budgets up to $5million annually.
